As Trimrly provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we generally do not issue refunds once the subscription is activated or a digital service is rendered. We encourage all users to explore our free tools and features before upgrading to a paid plan.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

While we maintain a "no refund" standard, exceptions may be made under the following specific circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a consistent technical failure that prevents you from using the core features of your paid plan, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of being notified.

  • Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a system error.

  • Unauthorized Charges: If you can prove that your payment method was used fraudulently to purchase a subscription.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the eligible circumstances listed above, please contact us via our official support channels. Your request must include:

  1. Your account email address.

  2. The transaction ID or proof of purchase.

  3. A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • No further charges will be applied to your account.

  • Partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle are not provided.
